York Hills is seeking an HRIS Data Management Analyst (part-time 3 days/week) in Aurora, ON. You will manage ADP Workforce Now, ensure data integrity, and generate HR reports while training staff on the system. Travel within York Region is required.

The role supports inclusive culture and staff development, with full extended health, dental, EAP, LTD, RRSP and generous vacation/leave. Flexible schedule and 21 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in HR, Business Admin, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years HRIS experience, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and configure the HRIS to support staff experience and agency needs.
• Administer changes in ADP and reconcile employee entitlements at lifecycle end.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports and train staff on system use.
• Maintain data integrity across employee status, licenses, and training records.
• Attend required trainings and promote equity, diversity and inclusion.
