York Hills is seeking an HRIS Data Management Analyst (part-time 3 days/week) in Aurora, ON. You will manage ADP Workforce Now, ensure data integrity, and generate HR reports while training staff on the system. Travel within York Region is required.
The role supports inclusive culture and staff development, with full extended health, dental, EAP, LTD, RRSP and generous vacation/leave. Flexible schedule and 21 hours/week.
Salary Range: $68,080.00 To $74,000.00 Annually

Location: 402 Bloomington Road, Aurora, ON. This position will require travel within York Region.
Hours of Work: 3 days/week for a total of 21 hrs/week. Flexible to choose between Mon-Thurs, Friday is mandatory.

In collaboration with the Manager HR, the HRIS and Data Management Analyst works within the ADP Workforce Now (HRIS), keeping functionality current and ensuring the employee experience is positive. In addition, they will produce reports, manage data input and output in the system, provide staff training and have responsibility for tracking the change activity for the employee base within the ADP system. This position will uphold the Agency’s mission, vision and values and build collaborative relationships across the system, including championing the development of an organization that values an inclusive culture where all staff can leverage their strengths.
