Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Banff. You will be responsible for guest rooms, ensuring a clean and comfortable space, and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

The role requires availability at least 3 days a week from 5pm to 9pm, with pay starting at $19.38 per hour and increases with tenure. We offer opportunities for growth, note weekend shifts are required, and eligibility to work in Canada is necessary.

Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

Starting Rate:

$19.38 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.49.

This is a part‑time position where you must be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week from 5pm-9pm.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Job Duties Include

• Turndown all assigned guestrooms. This includes preparing the bed, replacing all soiled bath linen. Dusting and polishing guest rooms.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
• Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
• Weekend work will be required
• Other duties as assigned
