Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge invites applications for a Housekeeping Attendant to deliver exceptional turndown service and maintain our luxury standards in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. This role follows an afternoon/evening schedule, supporting rooms transitioning through renovation phases and ensuring peak guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned guestrooms, including dusting, linen removal, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning and replenishing supplies.
• Provide turndown service and refresh rooms in the evening when required.
• Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and surrounding areas to housekeeping.
• Adhere to all LQA standards set for the department.

• Other duties as assigned

This role operates on an afternoon and evening schedule and is responsible for delivering exceptional turndown service in our guest rooms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining our new product to the highest standard.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director, Housekeeping, responsibilitiesand essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Clean allassignedguestroomsincludingdusting, removal of linen from rooms, retrieval of clean linen from linen closets, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, window cleaning & replenish rooms with supplies adhering to Fairmont standards
• Provide turndown service and refresh rooms in the evening whenrequired
• Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and surrounding areas to housekeeping
• Adhere to allLQA standards set for the department

Your experience and skills include:
