Job summary

Interior Health in Castlegar, BC is seeking a Relief Part Time Home Support Scheduler at Castlegar and District Community Health Centre. You will develop and coordinate home support service schedules, ensuring timely delivery of services.

Responsibilities include receiving referrals, matching clients with Community Health Workers by location and skills, maintaining schedules, confirming service completion with clinicians, and handling timekeeping. This role is relief until the incumbent returns.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 from a recognized institution.
• Graduation from an Office Administration Program.
• Two years’ recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Completion of a 5 min typing test (30 wpm) dated within the past 24 months from a valid institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate home support service schedules.
• Receive service referrals and changes.
• Review client needs and match Community Health Workers by suitability, location and skills.
• Schedule, monitor, maintain and adjust CHW schedules and client appointments.
• Confirm completion of client service to referral clinician.
• Timekeeping.
