Tayybeh is hiring a Front-of-House Hospitality Team Member in Vancouver, BC. This part-time role focuses on creating welcoming guest experiences and guiding guests through our Middle Eastern and Mediterranean menu.

You will engage guests, explain offerings, handle take-out, dine-in, and delivery orders, and support events and catering when needed. Join a team committed to community impact and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is a plus.
• Able to speak clearly and engage guests.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests warmly and help create a positive dining experience.
• Take dine-in, takeout and delivery orders accurately.
• Explain menu items, ingredients and dietary options.
• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain clean and organized dining, service and counter areas.
• Prepare tables and service areas before and during shifts.
• Communicate guest requests and order details clearly with the kitchen.
• Support online, phone and catering order inquiries when required.
• Assist with restaurant events, private gatherings and catering activities.
• Follow food safety, cleanliness and workplace procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, catering and management teams.
