Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen/cooking experience.
• Syrian or Middle Eastern cooking experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Arabic language helpful.
• FoodSafe certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Food prep and hot-line cooking.
• Prepare restaurant and catering orders.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen.
• Follow proper food-safety and storage procedures.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service.
