Job summary

Oxford Learning Burlington North is seeking a Part-Time Elementary Teacher-Tutor to support students in English and social studies. You will teach after-school and evening hours, and work with up to three students in-person at the Burlington center, with pre-planned lessons and training provided.

Responsibilities include maintaining progress notes, providing updates to families, and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Experience tutoring at K-9 level is preferred.
• Ability to manage up to three students at a time.
• In-person teaching experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Teach up to 3 students at different levels.
• Teach online and in-person as required.
• Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
• Fill in post-lesson notes.
• Complete daily student communication updates.
