The Role: Bilingual Credit & Collections AnalystYou will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, proactively follow up on outstanding balances, and help reduce delinquency while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will assess credit risk using credit reports, financial statements, and payment histories, recommend credit limits and account actions, and make order hold or release decisions. Working closely with customers, Sales, Accounting, and Management, you will resolve disputes and payment discrepancies, support timely collections, maintain accurate account records, and provide recommendations on escalated accounts and write-offs.
