Job summary

Oxford Learning Scarborough Bluffs is seeking a dynamic Education Coordinator to support students and families in a busy learning centre. The role focuses on scheduling, assessments, and implementing engaging learning programs that align with Oxford Learning principles.

You will work with the Centre Director and staff to inform parents, coordinate activities, and foster a positive classroom environment that boosts confidence and academic growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree (Credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Business preferred).
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
• Additional language(s) spoken is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Inform inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs.
• Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers.
• Set up and administer assessments.
• Establish and oversee student learning programs.
• Liaise with schools, sports teams, and local businesses.
• Maintain contact with parents and discuss child progress.
• Ensure Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained at the centre.
• Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily.
• Coach other teaching staff in the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy.
