Job summary

Oxford Learning Edmonton Callingwood is seeking a Part-Time Education Coordinator to join our team. You will help inform parents about programs, organize schedules, set up assessments, and oversee student learning in a busy centre.

This in-person role requires a university degree, strong math skills, and excellent communication. You’ll collaborate with schools, families, and staff to uphold our learning philosophy and create a positive, energetic environment daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree (Credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math and Business preferred).
• Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset.
• Additional language(s) spoken is an asset.

Responsibilities

• informing inquiring parents about Oxford Learning programs
• organizing schedules for students, staff, and teachers
• setting up and administering assessments
• establishing and overseeing student learning programs
• liaising with schools, sports teams, and local businesses
• maintaining contact with parents and meeting to discuss progress
• ensuring the Oxford Learning philosophy is maintained
• creating a fun and energetic learning environment daily
• coaching other teaching members of the team to master the teaching philosophy
