Job summary

A staffing agency in the Peel Region is seeking an individual for an accounts payable role. Responsibilities include handling packages, filing accounting documents, and entering data into financial systems. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and have administrative experience. This position offers a pay range of $18 to $19 per hour, with a commitment of 2-3 days per week over four weeks. Applicants must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and be eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable carrying up to 20lb boxes throughout the day.
  • Admin experience, invoice experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Open packages, distribute contents to appropriate team members.
  • Create and prepare boxes for offsite storage.
  • Filing of store accounting documents.
  • Accounts Payable data entry in financial system.
