Confidential in Canada is seeking a part-time Depot Coordinator/Receiver to manage dock scheduling, staging, and shipments. The role runs 9 AM to 3 PM with Saturdays and Tuesdays off, and it includes PPE provided and safety boots reimbursement.

Flexibility for weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

Dock scheduling and staging product for partners.
Process inbound and outbound shipments.
Assign drivers to dock doors and communicate with warehouse staff on load and pick priority.
Correspond with customers/carriers by phone and email.
Follow shipping requirements for customer-specific loads.
Coordinate with team to meet all process standards and KPIs.
Ensure on-time delivery of carriers and interface with the Supply Chain Team.
Coordinate with plants on shipping stock issues.
Maintain master sanitation schedule of the warehouse.
Complete audit/compliant tasks regularly.
Perform other duties as directed.
