Job summary

Sentinel Dock & Door Solutions is hiring a Dock & Door Lead Hand to inspect, diagnose, and repair overhead doors and loading docks. You will complete work orders, take site photos, and maintain equipment while ensuring tools are in good condition.

The position runs Monday to Friday with full benefits, pension, and paid time off. A valid driver’s license and hands-on mechanical aptitude are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of lead hand experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use power tools.
• Ability to work independently and at heights.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose and repair overhead doors & loading docks.
• Complete work orders, inspection sheets and take site photos.
• Maintain service equipment and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Follow safety regulations and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete daily truck and trailer logbooks for CVOR compliance.
