Job summary

Meadow Dental Care in Brampton, ON is seeking a part-time Patient Care Coordinator to support front desk operations and enhance the patient experience. The role includes facilitating the patient’s office visit and ensuring patients leave informed and prepared for their next appointment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of dental office administration experience, proficiency with Cleardent or similar software, and strong communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or diploma in dental office administration plus 1-2 years administrative experience
• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is an asset
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Cleardent is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the patient’s office experience to be seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed
• Coordinate patient flow and assist front desk duties as needed
• Support team in delivering high-quality patient care and information to patients
