Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and coordinate scheduling to optimize daily flow.
• Assist treatment coordinators with case management and administrative tasks.
