Part-time Delivery Driver (London, ON) – Sentrex Health Solutions

Department: Logistics

Work Location: London, Ontario

Work Hours: 24 hours per week (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)

Work Arrangement: on-site, travel for deliveries

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for reliably transporting medication and medical supplies in a safe and timely manner from the facility to medical clinics and to clients across Ontario. The driver will manage daily delivery routes, pick up and drop off items at scheduled times, and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clinic staff and customers. As the face of Sentrex Health Solutions, reliability, responsibility, and professionalism are essential. Some deliveries may require ad hoc pickups for emergencies or rush orders.

The Delivery Driver will work as part of our team to ensure orders are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client on time. The driver may assist with duties as assigned by management, including transporting items between our locations in Ontario and staging all next-day deliveries by route.

A Day in the Life
  • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients in a safe, timely manner.
  • Using the Delivery App to follow routing and capture delivery pictures.
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with unpacking delivery boxes and stocking at client sites as required.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling client requests.
  • Adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Maintaining a safe driving record and complying with transportation laws.
  • Operating a company vehicle.
  • Assisting in preparing orders for delivery.
  • Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements as set out by the Provincial Pharmacy Authority.
  • Attending and participating in staff meetings.
What you need to succeed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Delivery Driver (preferred)
  • Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience driving delivery van or truck is an asset
  • Willingness to adhere to routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws
  • Strong time management and customer service skills
  • Ability to drive for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience delivering to medical clinics or pharmacies is a strong asset
  • Bondable and insurable; ability to complete a criminal background check
