Trail Appliances AB/SK is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saskatoon. This part-time role involves greeting customers, scheduling deliveries, processing payments, and maintaining records to ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and uphold our people-first service ethos. Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help others, with availability Monday through Sunday

Qualifications

Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Demonstrates strong work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.
Proactively provide input to enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Exhibits outstanding oral and written communication skills in a diverse team.

Responsibilities

Assist and greet customers in person and over the phone with a welcoming, professional experience.
Book deliveries and coordinate scheduling to meet customer needs.
Process customer payments and generate invoices; typing speed requirement applied.
Maintain organized records and filing systems.
Collaborate with sales consultants to provide optimal solutions.
