S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is hiring a Part-Time Cook to prepare meals for residents, following Canada’s Food Guide and dietary needs. You will manage ingredient orders, equipment, and clean, sanitized preparation areas to ensure quality and safety.

Reports to Residence Care Manager and works within a supportive, diverse team. Eligible candidates have a completed cooking program, FoodSafe certification, Grade 10 or higher, and at least one year of relevant experience with multicultural clients.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prepare meals following guidelines and dietary needs.
• Experience with a multicultural client base is an asset.
• FoodSafe certification and formal cooking training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops meal menus in line with Canada’s Food Guide and client needs.
• Purchases and orders food items for meal preparation.
• Maintains equipment and inventory for meal prep.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation standards and budgets.
• Cooks meals and snacks and supports residence meal needs.
