Qualifications

• Five (5) years cooking experience, preferably in cafeteria or restaurant.
• Grade XII education is required.
• Ability to set up breakfast and lunch, following chef instructions and ensuring food safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast and lunch, prepare cooking for services.
• Follow instructions of the chef manager to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain communication with team and keep area clean while following health and food safety standards.
• Identify and date all food items and assist with related tasks requested by supervisor.
• Possess proper knife skills and operate kitchen equipment safely.
