Fairfield Residential is seeking a Part-Time Community Leasing Associate in Canada to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and deliver exceptional living experiences. This role blends sales, service, and marketing to help our communities thrive, with a 24-hour weekly schedule across three days including two weekdays and Saturdays.

The role emphasizes customer service, leasing responsibilities, and strong software familiarity (Yardi, Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospects and residents.
• Drive the leasing process and close deals.
• Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations.
• Manage lease files and maintain accurate records; use Yardi for leasing processes.
