Job summary

Pfaff BMW Mississauga is hiring a Part Time Greeter to warmly welcome every customer and guest. You will be the first impression of the dealership, guiding visitors and providing information about departments, products, and services.

The role includes handling calls, assisting with check-ins, and supporting daily operations while maintaining a clean reception area and assisting with events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or a related role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CDK, licensing systems, or dealership software is considered an asset.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• Provide guests with information regarding dealership departments, products, and services.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
• Assist with guest check-ins and direct visitors to the appropriate team members.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and escalated when necessary.
• Support administrative and clerical activities to ensure smooth dealership operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Assist with customer events, promotions, and dealership initiatives.
• Support the Sales and Service teams with additional duties as required.
