Job summary

Performance Auto Group in Ontario is seeking a Casual Floater Front Desk Administrator for a 6 month contract. The role involves answering and routing calls, greeting arrivals on the sales floor, and covering receptionist shifts across GTA stores as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Day/evening/weekend availability is required, with occasional Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Must have Daytime/evening and weekend availability since this position is on-call.
• May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
• A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
• Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
• Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
• Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Personable, reliable, courteous.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.

Performance Auto Group is currently seeking a Casual FloaterFront Desk Administrator to join our GTA dealerships on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for answering and routing telephone calls and greeting new arrivals upon arrival to the sales floor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and succeed. As well, the candidate will not mind traveling throughout GTA for receptionist shift coverage at our stores as required. As this position is on-call, Day and evening availability, along with weekends are also required.

Job Type: Part-Time - 6 month contract

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
