Job summary

Qualifications

• CannSell license required to work in a cannabis store.
• Police Background Check required.
• 2+ years retail experience; cannabis industry preferred.
• Strong sales and service orientation.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Teamwork and communication at all levels.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations in collaboration with store management.
• Act as acting Store Manager/ASM in their absence.
• Provide leadership to staff on shift and resolve customer issues.
• Direct and guide associates; uphold store standards.
• Ensure staffing levels meet business needs when requested.
• Serve as sales and customer service leader on shift.
• Greet customers and model exemplary conduct.
• Uphold company policies and applicable laws.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed.
• Maintain health, safety, and security standards on shift.
• Work toward sales targets and KPI achievement.
• Oversee inventory processes and shrink controls.
