Job summary

Canna Cabana in Winnipeg, MB is seeking Part-Time Shift Leaders who are knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and mature to join our team at 1881 Grant Avenue.

You will recruit, coach, and train staff; deliver a knowledgeable, genuine customer experience; maintain inviting storefronts; supervise inventory; and support brand growth while working nights, weekends, and holidays across multiple store locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with 1-2 years retail supervisory experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain Smart Choices Cannabis certification.
• Clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
• Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, and train top talent to educate customers.
• Live the culture by delivering knowledgeable, genuine customer experiences.
• Maintain inviting, spotless, and well merchandised store.
• Develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback.
• Build the brand and engage with local communities.
