Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bar porter or bar back in a casino, high-volume nightclub or high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and friendly greeting; use guest name when possible.
• Clean bar area, stock supplies, and ensure bar is set properly.
• Prepare mixes and garnishes; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist bartenders and respond to guest requests while adhering to service standards.
• Direct guests to areas and restrooms; create memorable guest experiences.
• Notify management of maintenance issues and support safety regulations.
