Cineplex seeks a Part-Time Assistant Manager to lead a guest-focused team and ensure a fun, entertaining movie-goer experience. You’ll help manage staff across shifts, contribute to budget decisions, and drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service.

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and, when necessary, take an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience - ensure every guest who visits your facility is satisfied and is excited about their next visit.
• Assist with managing your theatre’s budget and growing revenue.
• Forecast, initiate action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada’s #1 premier film exhibition company.
