Job summary

Neopharm Labs Inc. is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk in Blainville, QC. The role covers accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and preparing financial documents in a collaborative, regulated life sciences environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and French) with 3–5 years of accounting experience and proficiency in MS Office; SAP Business One or SAGE knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of SAP Business One is an asset; knowledge of SAGE is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue financial documents, invoices, statements of account, and inventory statements.
• Enter, verify, and reconcile accounting transactions incl. AP/AR, payroll, orders, cheques, and bank statements.
• Verify supplier invoices, match with POs and approvals to validate quantities and prices.
• Process supplier invoices; reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment proposals.
