Job summary

Neopharm Labs Inc. in Canada is seeking an Assistant Analyst to support GMP-driven analytical work and daily lab operations.

Under supervision, you will prepare materials, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with SOPs and pharmacopeias, contributing to reliable results for health products. The ideal candidate holds a DES or equivalent, has 6–12 months in a regulated or laboratory setting, and demonstrates meticulousness, teamwork, and bilingual French/English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Work experience in a regulated environment (GMP) is an asset.
• Laboratory experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean laboratory equipment for analysts according to daily reports.
• Check expiration dates and dispose of expired solutions.
• Assist in stock rotation according to expiration dates.
• Keep inventory of reagents up to date and organize storage.
• Assist in media preparation and label qualified batches.
• Prepare materials for sterilization and for departmental use.
• Follow SOPs and GMPs related to the work.
• Notify supervisor of deviations or malfunctions.
