Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts, negotiate, and resolve objections effectively.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.

Position Available: Experienced Servers (Evenings & Daytime) – Parkway Social (Lanes)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests during evening and daytime shifts in a high-volume environment.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Uphold Parkway Social's standards of quality in service and presentation.
