Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Traffic Controller for Fanshawe College. You will provide face‑to‑face service, assist with payments and parking procedures, and monitor entry/exit flows while maintaining safety and professional conduct in an outdoor parking facility.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle irate customers. Shift hours vary, with potential weekends and holidays, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver License with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check and be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in a parking facility.
• Assist customers with payment methods and parking procedures.
• Manage entry and exit process for customers.
• Address customer concerns and escalate when needed in line with policies.
• Record violations and issue parking notices accurately.
• Monitor traffic flow and maintain lot counts and counters.
• Maintain logs of daily activities, revenues and incidents.
• Collaborate with supervisors to prioritize tasks and operations.
• Coordinate ingress/egress and liaise with security for incidents.
