Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Edmonton is seeking a part-time Parking Enforcement Officer to patrol assigned areas, enforce parking regulations, and document violations. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely in diverse outdoor conditions.

Candidates must be 18+, hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and provide eligibility documents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle to observe parking violations.
• Enforce regulations by issuing warnings, citations, or arranging towing when necessary.
• Record citation data accurately with time, date, location, and vehicle details.
• Maintain enforcement logs and inspect meters, gates, and equipment for malfunctions.
• Provide courteous customer service and information about parking rules and citations.
• De-escalate situations when possible and escalate to management when needed.
• Coordinate with supervisors and security teams as required.
