Impark in Montréal is seeking a part-time Flagger to ensure smooth parking lot operations. You will greet guests, issue tickets, count vehicles, direct traffic, and maintain cleanliness and safety at the site.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct traffic as a parking attendant.
• Issue tickets and perform vehicle counts to manage available spaces.
• Perform daily patrols and monitor entrances/exits as needed.
• Assist guests who have forgotten where they parked their vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates; relay information to supervisors.
• Immediately report accidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
