Job summary

Eminent Valet is actively seeking dedicated Traffic Controllers to support hotel and event premises with vehicle flow and site safety. The role reports to the Ramp Captain and emphasizes professional service, safety, and efficient operations on-site.

Shifts run Thursday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM with on-site training and growth opportunities within Eminent Valet. Competitive hourly pay and a structured work environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Canada.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability to work Thursday to Sunday with shifts 12:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Previous experience in traffic control, security, valet operations, or hospitality is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and control vehicle traffic in designated areas to ensure safe and efficient flow.
• Coordinate closely with the Ramp Captain to manage peak periods and special events.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent congestion and maintain order.
• Provide clear and professional instructions to guests and drivers.
• Identify and respond promptly to safety hazards or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with site-specific safety procedures and traffic regulations.
• Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to prevent accidents or delays.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support seamless operations.
• Maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Role Summary

TheTraffic Controlleris responsible for managing vehicle flow and ensuring safe, organized, and efficient traffic movement within hotel and event premises. This role is critical in maintaining smooth ramp operations, preventing congestion, and supporting overall site safety. Traffic Controllers report directly to the Ramp Captain, the on-site shift supervisor.
