Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with drivers, customers and team members.
• Experience coordinating dispatch and routing in a logistics environment.
• Proficient in clerical tasks, data entry, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers have up-to-date route sheets for each scheduled route.
• Assist management to deploy drivers promptly and monitor performance.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support department clerical tasks.
