Job summary

GLS US is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily parcel delivery and pickup operations. You will communicate with drivers, contractors, customers, and Operations team members to ensure efficient service.

The role reports to the Depot Supervisor on shift and requires strong coordination and clerical support across departments. Key duties include ensuring accurate route sheets, assisting with driver dispatch, scheduling pickups, and maintaining records.

• Prepare reports and maintain clerical files; respond to calls and emails.
