Job summary

Taleo is seeking a Paramedic Logistics Support Technician to manage fleet, equipment and supply chain activities for Paramedic Services. The role includes coordinating maintenance of ambulances and ERUs, tracking expenses, and ensuring MOHLTC certification standards are met.

40-hour weeks with travel across the City of Kawartha Lakes and occasional off-site work. The position reports to the Deputy Chief, Operations and requires strong attention to detail, document control, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related progressive experience in fleet management or inventory management.
• MOHLTC certification standards knowledge is required to ensure compliance.
• Knowledge of Ambulance Act, Highway Traffic Act, and OHSA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet maintenance including repairs, preventative maintenance, emissions testing and annual inspections.
• Track fleet maintenance and expenses; prepare reports using ACETECH.
• Maintain asset records and maintenance schedules; manage inventory using OperativeIQ.
