Location: Hybrid. The role will also require occasional visits to different campus locations to support faculty, students, program delivery, and operational or compliance-related needs as required.
Hours: Part-time. This position guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with additional hours scheduled as required based on program and operational needs. The Program Coordinator must have sufficient scheduling flexibility to provide support to both morning and evening cohorts, including faculty and program-related needs across both delivery perios.
Start Date: October 12, 2026
End Date: October 31, 2029
Compensation: $38/hr - $40/hr
The Program Coordinator provides academic and program leadership to help ensure the Paralegal program is delivered consistently, effectively, and in compliance with College requirements and the Law Society of Ontario’s accreditation standards and requirements. They support faculty through onboarding, guidance, ongoing communication, and program-specific expertise; contribute to curriculum review and improvement to ensure content remains current, relevant, and aligned with regulatory and industry expectations; and work closely with Operations to support effective program delivery and resolve program-related concerns. The Program Coordinator also collaborates with Admissions and Marketing to ensure program information is accurate and appropriately communicated to prospective students, and with Career Services to strengthen alignment between curriculum, field placement, workplace expectations, and employment outcomes. Through cross-functional collaboration, the Program Coordinator helps support overall program quality, student success, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
