Job summary

Globe Immigration in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a detail-oriented legal professional to support our immigration practice. The role involves advising clients on legal proceedings, assembling documentation for trials, and coordinating administrative services across cases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with simple joint and uncontested divorces, domestic contracts, and name changes.

  • Represent clients in small claims court and other lower proceedings.
  • Research records and court files.
  • Arrange pre-trial conferences and hearings.
