What You’ll Do:
Join our dynamic legal team supporting Lead Counsel in London and the wider global legal group. You will provide paralegal and company secretarial support, including drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting with disputes, managing compliance and risk registers, and supporting key projects such as ISO37001 Anti-Bribery certification. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally on legal and business development matters within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal and company secretarial support to a team of four lawyers, handling contracts, IP, disputes, and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and organize legal documents and filings across London, Dublin, and Mumbai offices.
  • Maintain compliance and risk registers, assist with audits and KYC requests.
  • Support licensing, business development, and upcoming biosimilars product launches.
  • Conduct legal research and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, practical legal advice.

Qualifications:

  • Law degree with post-graduate legal qualification (LPC, SQE, or equivalent)

Experience & Competences:

  • Experience in a legal role, ideally within commercial or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical or related industries is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Interest in pharmaceutical law and compliance.
  • Passionate about contributing to healthcare and making a difference.
