A healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Clinical Resource Nurse for the Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth. This position involves coordinating resources for exceptional palliative care and supporting the clinical team. Candidates must have a current RN registration, three years of palliative care experience, and a commitment to evidence-based practices. The role includes Monday to Friday shifts with flexibility and on-call responsibilities. Benefits include a pension plan and personal paid days.

Qualificações

• Current Registration without restriction as a Registered Nurse (RN) issued by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Completion of the Comprehensive Advanced Palliative Care Education (CAPCE) is required.
• Three years of recent palliative care experience, preferably in a hospice setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement resources for the clinical care team.
• Foster empowerment through knowledge among the clinical care team.
• Support the delivery of evidence-based practice within the hospice.
