Job summary

Arrow Off Road Guelph is seeking a Paint Line Team Leader to oversee the paint area in the Fab Shop during the Supervisor's absence. You'll train operators, delegate work, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production.

Based in Guelph, ON, you will set up and operate the paint line, monitor equipment, and collaborate with the production team to meet goals. Afternoon shift offers premium for evenings.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
• Experience painting or coatings in a manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the paint line for various jobs, including washing, prepping, and spray-painting parts.
• Follow Kanban schedules and inspect parts for defects.
• Monitor and troubleshoot paint equipment and respirator program.
• Train operators on safe machine operation and setup.
• Support production to meet schedules and improve throughput.
