Job description

The Evening Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, supporting the team, and communicating effectively with management and other departments.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage workshop employees during the evening shift
• Organize and distribute tasks according to established production priorities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and customer requirements
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify improvement points (productivity, safety, quality, etc.)
• Perform daily monitoring of team performance (production rate, rejects, delays, etc.)
• Train and integrate new employees on work methods and safety standards
• Ensure rigorous application of occupational health and safety policies
• Communicate effectively with other teams and departments (logistics, estimation, administration)
• Actively participate in planning meetings and propose concrete solutions to production issues
• Close the plant at the end of the shift, according to the closing sheet provided for this purpose

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in team supervision in a manufacturing or industrial environment
