Job summary

Kent Building Supplies in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, invites applications for a Paint Associate who helps customers select the right products and understands their needs. You will work mornings, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule, contributing to a friendly, knowledgeable sales floor.

As a sales professional, you’ll drive engagement, share product knowledge, prepare quotes, and ensure safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to learn and use the D635 order system.
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent is an asset.

As a Paint Associate, you will help the customers to fully understand their needs and assist in selecting the right products for their requirements. As knowledgeable sales professionals, sales associates can make recommendations which solve customers' problems and enhance their shopping experience. This position requires open availability to work a variable shift schedule, with mornings, evenings, and weekends.
