Job summary

MiQ in Toronto is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms. You will monitor performance, deliver insights, and produce client reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage paid social campaigns across platforms to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring accuracy, pacing, and timely delivery.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to meet and exceed client KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of client reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Contribute to trend analysis, testing roadmaps, and performance learnings across accounts.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation and ensure best practices are followed.

What You’ll Be Doing

Pay Transparency

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Ontario, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Ontario and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $55,000- $65,000. This range does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.

Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
