Make an impact with our Digital Marketing team as a Paid Social Media Coordinator. This diverse team explores new and evolving technology and trends to drive brand awareness. As a trusted advisor, you’ll develop, measure, and support innovative digital methods to attract and engage current and future clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of the firm-wide social media strategy
  • Coordinate and implement paid social campaigns for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
  • Launch, manage, and pause paid social campaigns in coordination with National and Regional Marketing Managers
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on paid social
  • Manage invoicing accounts for multiple social platforms and campaigns
  • Research and provide recommendations on new social platforms, tools, and trends
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
Skills And Experience
  • 1-2 years of social media experience with a strong instinct for all things social media
  • Strong background in ad buying on LinkedIn and Meta’s platforms
  • Strong focus on prioritization and accomplishing multiple tasks
  • Ability to see the whole user journey and focus on the goal to optimize user experience
  • Understanding of the role social media plays in marketing initiatives, including ethical social media usage
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Assets include:
    • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Power BI
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
    • Familiarity with Sprout Social or Spotify's ad network
