Make an impact with our Digital Marketing team as a Paid Social Media Coordinator. This diverse team of professionals explores new and evolving technology and trends to drive brand awareness. Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the firm-wide social media strategy
  • Coordinate and implement paid social campaigns for LinkedIn, Meta and Google
  • Launch, manage, and pause paid social campaigns in coordination with National and Regional Marketing Managers
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on paid social

Manage invoicing accounts for multiple social platforms and campaigns

Research and provide recommendations on new social platforms, tools, and trends

Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

  • 1 - 2 years of social media experience with a strong instinct for all things social media
  • Strong background in ad buying on LinkedIn and Meta’s platforms
  • Strong focus on prioritization and accomplishing multiple tasks
  • Ability to see the whole user journey, and focus on the goal in order to optimize user experience to attain that goal
  • Understanding of the role social media plays in marketing initiatives, including the importance of ethical social media usage
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Any of the following would be considered an asset
    • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Power BI
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
    • Familiarity with Sprout Social, or Spotify's ad network
