Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a diligent Finishing and Packaging Team Member to join our production team in Stayner, ON. You will operate ERP software for inventory control, process orders and complete essential documentation in a fast-paced greenhouse-like environment.

This full-time 3-month contract offers day or afternoon shifts with hourly pay of 18.50–19.50 CAD, plus a $100 referral bonus and strong potential for permanent employment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining compliance with laws, regulations and standards.

This position offers a great hands‑on opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in a fast‑paced production setting within a greenhouse‑like environment. You will handle and cannabis products, ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards, and maintain production equipment.

Job Details

• Position Title: Finishing and Packaging Team Member
• Job Type: Full-time, 3-Month Contract as Strong potential for permanent employment
• Location: Stayner, ON
• Work Schedule: Available Shifts: Day (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM) or Afternoon (4:30 PM – 1:00 AM)
• Pay Rate: $18.50/hour (Day Shift) $19.50/hour (Afternoon Shift)
• Strong potential for permanent employment

• Commute requires own transportation; facility is off public transit routes
