Qualifications

• GMPs and SOPs knowledge is required.
• Able to read production specifications.
• Strong ability to build and lead teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train general labour in assembly of displays and packaging.
• Maintain GMP guidelines for a clean and safe working environment.
• Continually observe and improve production efficiency.
• Reconcile feeder stock and components at end of shift; report discrepancies.
• Foster open lines of communication with team and supervisors.
• Ensure quality issues are communicated to inspectors and acted on.
