Expected Compensation: $21 per hour

Line Leaders in Menasha Packaging Canada L.P. are integral team members to ensure that we are able to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. This includes achieving efficient production levels, maintaining a high level of quality, and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a safe way. To do this, the Line Leader will ensure open lines of communication, manage line workers efficiently, ensure all materials to complete a job are available, and operate/maintain equipment regularly. All required documentation will be completed with attention to detail while ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are maintained on each production run.
